We offer different shipping options for America, Europe and the rest of the world. The cost and time of them varies depending on the products you order and your location.
- American and European shipments are made from 3 to 10 working days.
- International shipments are made from 10 to 20 working days.

Strictly no returns or exchanges unless there are defect(s) in the product(s) and the attention should be informed to us no longer than 7 days since you received your order. So make sure you are ordering the correct case for your gadget.
Once the item has been returned to us, Jelly Cases reserves the right to allow an exchange/return or not. Any request for exchange or refund after 1 week of purchase, will not be entertained.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with its original tags. It must also be in the original packaging.
If there is a defect on the item, Jelly Cases will RESHIP out a new piece on our cost.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where no returns are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed within a certain amount of days.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Jelly Cases (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
