FAQ & Shipping Info

Jelly Cases is a company which operates with their partners internationally. Shipping from these partners may result in your item to take about 1 week to 8 weeks to arrive. Processing of orders will be within 2-5 business days prior to shipment of item.

For your reference and assurance, our global suppliers provide us with tracking numbers along with your orders and we would be also be glad to assist and check on the status of the package if the item has not arrived within the 3-5 weeks time frame. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, rest assured that your item is on its way ☺

Due to factors that commonly affect international shipments, such as weather delays, holidays and customs inspections, we are unable to guarantee shipping times. These are only estimates.

    • We ship from different sweat-free factories all around the world. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately if you order more than one item.

    HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    • Order processing time takes 1-7 business days before shipment. Deliveries can take up to 1 week to 8 weeks, depending on the item you purchased. For further inquiries, you can simply click on 'CONTACT US' or email us at support@jellycases.com to check on the status of your item. 
        • IMPORTANT NOTE:  In some cases, shipping may take longer due to various factors (ie; time of year order placed such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Deepavali and other major holidays). 
        • IMPORTANT NOTE: Orders CANNOT be cancelled after a confirmation email has been sent to the customer. 
        • IMPORTANT NOTE: If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

        • IMPORTANT NOTE: Any change of address once the item has been shipped out, will not be entertained. So, please carefully enter your address and please make sure it is in ENGLISH.

      IT'S BEEN OVER 6+ WEEKS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?

        • We have stated a few examples why receiving your order might take longer than expected. If you still haven't received your order within the timeframe given above, please contact us. We'll take care of it for you so rest assured your item is on the way! ☺
        I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
        • We ship from different parts of the world so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, kind refer to your "order status" feature on our website by adding your tracking number or please email us with your name and order number.
        WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS?
        • Most cases this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email wrongly. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfilment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
          WHAT IS YOUR STORE'S RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
          • Strictly no returns or exchanges unless there are defect(s) in the product(s) and the attention should be informed to us no longer than 7 days. So make sure you are ordering the correct item, size, and color. 
            I ENTERED MY ADDRESS WRONG! CAN YOU PLEASE CHANGE IT?
            • Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours we can change your order once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully and enter the address in ENGLISH.

              SHIPPING POLICY

              • IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer


              Jelly Cases is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. Jelly Cases will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

              If the order arrives at your country and...

              • The customer refuses to accept the package
              • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package. 

              Jelly Cases reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any replacement or refunds.
